Banana Maple Yogurt Pops Recipe

Cool off with these frozen summertime treats! Banana Maple Yogurt Pops are healthy, tasty, and tons of fun to make with kiddos. Choose your favorite toppings to roll them in and enjoy while cloud-watching or clover-hunting.

Equipment:

Popsicle sticks, cookie sheet (or other pan for freezing), and parchment, wax paper, or silicone mats for lining freezer sheets

Ingredients

Bananas
Butterworks Maple Yogurt
Your favorite toppings, like: nuts, coconut, melted chocolate, freeze-dried fruit, pretzels, puffed rice, maple syrup, granola, etc.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare your toppings by spreading them onto small plates
  2. Peel and cut bananas in half crosswise
  3. Insert a popsicle stick deep into the center of each banana half
  4. Dunk each banana pop into Butterworks Maple Yogurt to coat
  5. Roll each pop in dry toppings
  6. Set finished pops on paper-lined cookie sheets and place in freezer until frozen (about one hour) and enjoy!

Notes:

  1. Drizzle any liquid toppings (like chocolate sauce) over pops before rolling in dry toppings and rotate them to get even coverage
  2. If making pops for the coming weeks, store them in a lidded container after they’re frozen.
