Our rich and healthful heavy cream is considered a treasure in these parts! Made from the small herd of Jersey cows who graze our fertile, mineral-rich soils and nuzzle us at milking time, our cream is produced sparingly each week.

Jersey cows are known for their protein-rich milk high in butterfat, and our farm is known for its excellent soil, biodiverse pastures, and fresh mountain air.
