Cucumber-Cumin Yogurt Raita
Ingredients
2 cups plain yogurt
1 Tbsp cumin seeds
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, ground
1 cucumber, shredded
Instructions
Toast cumin seeds gently in a dry pan over medium heat. Add olive oil, stirring to coat seeds. Add garlic and stir to combine. Remove from heat and cool.
Place yogurt, cucumber, and cooled seed-garlic-oil mixture in a bowl and stir.
