Kefir (from the Turkish word keif: to feel good) has a rich history as a drink for longevity and health of both body and mind. A tradition for centuries in the northern Caucasus mountains, Kefir was invented by nomadic shepherds and considered a sacred food.

Its live microorganisms promote nutrient absorption, and stimulate digestive balance for improved health and immunity.

The rich, living soils of our mountain pastures and our lovingly tended Jersey cows give this kefir its exceptional flavor and vitality.
